LaserGraver Finally the flexo world selected the Computer-To-Plate platemaking technology as an inherent part of high quality printing. Last achievements in laser industry are now applied in laser recording systems of imaging on digital (or masked) photopolymers thus improving the Computer-To-Plate technology. The customer care includes a quick service, software updates, consultation and technical assistance, supplying with materials. Today about 150 devices are successfully being used for more than 7 years in different countries. Realizing the modern trends of developing the equipment for digital flexo the LaserGraver and LaserSleeves provide the highest possible yet stable printing quality available on a given press and substrate. LaserGraver systems are based on Fiber laser proven in digital flexo images. The modular LaserGraver design enables tailoring the system to the needs of particular user. For example, DualBeam version of LaserGraver have two laser beam optical system that doubles recording speed in respect to base models. |
